I’m currently outside of this store and still not open every time I come here it’s never open the time that it states which is 8 o’clock . This is truly upsetting and misleading please fix the time or get new management

Says they open at 8, it’s now 8:27 a line of people wanting to come in. This is just annoying and irresponsible of a business to do.

I have been member of Cosmo Prof for about 20 years and used this location a lot. It was very convenient when it comes to emergency services, find necessary things, colors, products … But recently this store is always missing color products, shelves are empty and never restocked in time. Two workers in the empty store, no customers)) and they don’t want to be bothered… anything you ask , the answer : they don’t have it. They simply don’t care, not welcoming and don’t need you in a store)) just leave them alone… it needs to be addressed to the owner of this location. How can you stay in business with empty shelves and employees who just don’t care about that…TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I would give 0 stars

The shop sign says that the shop is open on weekdays from 8am. Every time I come, I try not to go before 8:40am because the shop is always closed until some time. Today it's 8:48ам and still no one there.

I spent so long in here restocking my kit. I loved it and the atmosphere. No one pressured me or talked me into things. They were very educated on their products and sales. I will be coming back.
