It's been awhile since I have shopped at this location. There is an entire new staff and manager. The store looks amazing and is always well stocked. The new manager Tara is phenomenal, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The staff is always pleasant and goes above and beyond to make every visit a good experience. I used to hate coming here but the improved environment has won me over and I can truly say I love shopping at this location again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. First of all, they don’t allow returns on any electric items, which is extremely frustrating and unfair to customers. On top of that, the staff was downright rude. When I approached the desk for help, I had to wait while a woman working there was completely absorbed in watching a video at full volume, blasting it across the entire store. It felt like they had zero respect for customers or their time. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect decent service or any flexibility with returns.

Cynthia was great! Super patient when items weren’t ringing up the correct price! Always happy when I come to this location!

Child friendly staff our son loves coming along with us to Cosmo pro Brookfield. Also they have great products always in stock . And new clippers up to date before I even find out about them . They're always courteous and call my barber shop to let me know of sales going on and even go above and beyond that.

Beware of the nastiest version of customer service I’ve received in a long time.
