Workers are so rude and harassed me and my friend about using our discounts. There’s only one woman there who is nice. The rest of the workers are rude, stuck up and unhelpful. Will never shop there again not even if I was in desperate need!
This store used to have wonderful service but the last 2 times I have stopped in I got zero service while they chatted with their friends. Put back what i was holding and walked out without them saying a word so i have to assume they don't care a bit.
Who could say anything bad about this place??? Those girls are awesome 😁... They are always helpful..... And so kind to my husband and I... ALWAYS A PLEASURE! Thank you COSMO 🥰
Great employees always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. You feel welcome every time you step in the store.
Love the ladies at Cosmo Prof! They give great advice and keep me updated on the latest best sellers, etc. Its the best supply store by a LONG SHOT
