Lovely place Brentwood has the best workers who go above and beyond for everyone. Anna has a great crew working ashlie is amazing and always so helpful she knows so much and very educated on all the products she's my go too. Everyone is kind this is my favorite store

I just left this location and when I had arrived I spoke to a nice gal who helped me with my membership card issue and she said explained to me what could have possibly happened with me not receiving my card on the app. She had ok’d me shopping for the things I needed, and provided me with a number and extension to contact customer service to get this issue resolved . Mind you I have my membership with salon centric and my first time applying for it here at cosmo prof. (Haven’t been here since I was in cosmo school). So I originally went in with the intention of finding out why I was having this issue and if the first person I spoke to would have told me “I’m sorry but you will have to call before i let you shop” then I completely would have understood but since she gave me the information

I have to say every time I walk in here all the girls are so very nice fun and helpful!! Great experience always and I've been coming in for a few years! Such a pleasure🧡 And, their product knowledge is excellent!

The ladies in the store definitely demonstrate unconscious bias. The manager and associates. They didn't carry any ethnic hair products. Paul Mitchell was the only relaxer they had. No professional black products either. No design essentials . They kept positioning themselves to "watch us" I had a wallet and a pomeranian with me. No suspicious bags just suspicious skin...There were associates at the register but the lady with the tablet in the BACK of the store volunteered to ring us up. It was strange because I walked passed her 3 times already. She never said hi....may I help you or anything. She was the manager she asked for my card in a very condescending manner. I opted to give her my number. I'm sure at that point it should have shown I've been practicing cosmo since 199
