Just went in today, and I tend to have trouble when it comes to searching for my licenses since there always is a mix up. However the worker today, so rude. I told her that I tend to have trouble. I showed her how I did buy from here a few weeks ago. And she got annoyed talking about how a bank statement is not proof of license, I wasn’t trying to use that instead of my license just trying to show her that I do have it and give me a minute. When it took a whole lot longer I opt for using my sister’s license, which of course it’s not mine so the information didn’t show up either. She went on about how maybe my sister changed it because she didn’t want me using her information anymore, excuse me? How is this any of your business? I don’t recommend this place. Yesterday I got a bad experience after visiting there, the girl who served me introduced herself as an assistant manager, as soon as I asked her to help me choose a hair dryer, she showed her dislike for me all the time, she was absolutely incompetent, she didn’t know anything about products. I was in cosmo prof in Malden, Weymouth , etc., and I have never encountered such a thing anywhere. It was very unpleasant, but nevertheless I continued to address her with respect, which she din’t deserve. And I also tried to change the clipper (babyliss pro gold ferrari) that I bought a week ago, I tried it only once and noticed some dysfunction, I decided to change it to another, because knowing from my own experience that if something was wrong from the beginning, it’
