Rudest staff member I have ever dealt with at this location and I have been coming here for years....... Told me I had to have my credit card present after playing with the computer for about 10 minutes ..............I said no ... when do the manager work that out....... she then proceeded to try to make it go through the computer again and failed...... She then proceeded to call someone And shushed me waving her hand/finger tword me (just RUDE-bad customer relations) I was only trying to explain what the other person normally did....... Certainly not a professional way to handle any customer Very disappointed in this staff member Although this store does have an amazing manager named Wendy.... so I keep coming back......... today I kind of question why

Went in a week ago, I have an injury and was on crutches, I needed 2 items rang up at over 40 dollars. I asked the sale woman for a bag and was refused store policy is only door dash customers get bags. The policy's of this store needs to be addressed a paying client in store and they refused to bag up my items. When every in store employee is let go because it's easier to order online and have it shipped to my door and they wonder why stores are closing everyday. When you caterer to people who won't make the trip and disregard the clients that come into the store who need the store!!!! And on top of that the store is always a mess with limited stock.

Lots of merchandise. Of course they’re often out of what I need but they will happily order it for you. They even call you to let you know when special orders arrive. They always remind you to check out the clearance area. I often find excellent finds there at terrific value. This is a licensed professional only store, so be prepared to show your license upon entry.

This store has an amazing staff and they are knowledge and friendly. The store is always clean and neat. The bag policy is unfortunate but it’s not the staffs fault as they do not make the rules.
