It makes noooooooo sense that every-time I visit this location they’re never open on time! I don’t know how this location still has a 4.5 anything. All the reviews are old! During the week it’s hit or miss and now It’s Sunday 7/27/20225 @12:24pm and I’m standing outside in the heat with another customer who’s been here since five after. SN: I sat in my car from 12:24-1:22 and the store still isn’t open. Now I have to come all the way back tomorrow in hopes that someone actually shows up.

I entered this store for the first time with my aunt, and my little sister, as we entered my aunt tried to verify her account with the employee because you need a license to shop at this store. The employee accused us of texting each other to “steal” which that was not our intention AT ALL. Don’t go to this store if you’d like good customer service.

The manager Ellen is amazing! She has that store clean and stocked at all times. All of the girls that work there are just as amazing! The whole aura of the store and and the attitude of the workers makes it a wonderful environment to go into.... so grateful they opened the Bowie location! Keep up the good work girls I appreciate all that you do! Thanks

Second time I needed this store I pull up to find they closed at least 45 min early , it says they close at 4 I pull up at 3:20 and they are already closed and that hurt me bad today

Staff is super friendly and let's you know if something has a special like a duo or gift set. I've also called and given them my order so I can do a quick pickup and they always get it right
