I drove 35 minutes to come here on my day off just to find out the lady is taking an hour lunch break. So inconvenient and inconsiderate, she could have just let me grab what I needed to grab really quick before she decided to leave for her hour lunch break that’s NOT EVEN LISTEN on the hour of operation. Wasting peoples time, very rude and unprofessional!! 12/13/25 around 1:20 pm

Drove to Cosmo to get some products to find that they were closed at 1:40 pm in the afternoon and no one present in the store. There was a sign saying someone was on lunch break. They really should advertise this on there website if they are going to close the store for an entire hour and people drive out of there way to go to this location.

I walked behind the counter to look at clipper guards for $21.81 and the female attendant (that mind you she was not around) came towards me telling me that I wanted to look at something behind the open counter to let her know. The issue was the tone of voice and deminer in which she made the statement. Come on now, the counter is open, no sign and I was looking at an item valued at $20. As if I was going to steal a $20 thing. Please.

The young lady working here was a wealth of k wedge and helpfulness !

LoooVeee this location! I come often because they are always in stock and I never have any issues! The ladies that work here are all pleasant, they make it easy and are always helpful and a joy!
