They aren't Uber friendly. They use the Uber service to deliver products but treat the drivers horribly. Yesterday after the snow storm I stopped to pick up an order, asked to use the bathroom...... She looked at me like I should be ashamed of myself for even asking. She then handed me a bag that for some reason she felt the need to staple 8-10 times....... As I'm walking out she condescendingly said "Have a nice day"..... She was rude and treated me like I had no business near her store.

Was having a rough day on a work trip away from home & forgot something prior to a big meeting. Ran into this store & Lexi, the employee running the register, was one of the most kind-hearted & patient people I’ve ran into in quite some time. Couldn’t recommend this store more.

Amazing store. Price is best by a couple places locally for the professional level stuff.

Went in last weekend and the two younger gals that were working were VERY helpful, so I expected the same customer service when I arrived this time. Not the case. The older broad that was working was so rude! I needed some assistance in finding some product, and since it had been a while since I bought this product and needed help, she questioned if I had my license. Once I told her I did and that I just wasn't sure what to get, she pretty much left me high and dry and walked away to help another customer. As I wandered around the store for another 10 minutes, she didn't ask if I was doing ok or if I needed any more help. I had to ask a gal that had just clocked in for help instead, since quite frankly, I didn't want help from this older lady anyways. The younger gal was VERY helpful, and

Friendly staff, tons of selection. Always clean and well stocked. I could spend hours, and thousands, in here but I try very hard to stick to my list each time. Only downside is the tiny parking lot but even with that I don't usually have trouble getting a spot.
