The people that work there are great, the products could be stocked a lot deeper, it is however a supply house. My salon has deeper supplies. It is nice I can order stuff, please don't change that.

First time I had to listen to one woman talk about her divorce and the inappropriate details as to why it happened. Second time the same woman made me feel very unwelcome third and last time there was annoyed by my questions, acted as if I had a time limit and it was up. Told me that would be my last time there since I had an expired student ID which I totally get but the way she went about doing it was so unprofessional and embarrassing. Also, pretty positive that this lady was a manager. As if I want to come back to your dusty ole store anyway. Lastly, the self tanner I had bought was expired and when I went to spray it didn’t even work. When I tried to shake the bottle it sounded as if it was one big hard clump .. it was like $20 so not too happy but I definitely won’t be returning or e

I have been a customer there for a long time but won’t be buying from that store again until they get new employees to work there! And I’m talking especially about the management! I go there to shop in peace not to hear about their personal problems from across the room! They even have dogs laying around the store! I had to remove dog hair off my merchandise twice now! Not Very Classy!!!

I use to love coming here, but the service is terrible and they never have anything. I sent my husband in to get some things for me and of course they didn’t have any of it in and a customer had to tell the employee that I think he needs help, that’s absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke and they need to stop hiring people that do not know anything about the salon industry.
