I hate to be the person to come in 10 minutes beforehand but I don’t get off of work soon enough. And I live 15 minutes away. I knew what I needed before I went in so it would’ve been less than a 2 minute transaction(and it was). As soon as I entered the blonde short hair lady said they were closing in 2 minutes which would’ve been 3:55 they close. Which is incorrect because on the door it says 4:00pm. She was very snotty even though I was in and out less than a minute. I had visited before (not a last minute shopping) and they still have this attitude. Don’t recommend this place! there is a better location in glendale

Literally the worst. I ordered and paid for same day delivery. It was never delivered. When I called, they said it wasn’t an option to deliver and they had to cancel it. In order to cancel and refund my order, I had to call corporate… and they gave me the number to Sally’s. I called a different number and had to spend 60 minutes on the phone to finally get confirmation that I was being refunded. Dumb.

Usually when you have a closing time you don’t close down before closing. I came right before closing because of traffic on the busy highway. Which I try not to do but I have work during your hours. The door was already locked before 6pm. I came yesterday and they gave me the wrong stuff. I didn’t notice till I left. Then when I came back I called and she said they couldn’t help me because they already shut down their system and to come back tomorrow AGAIN. And on top of the you’re out of stock in half the stuff I need. Not a good customer service experience.

Every time I come into this store there is a lady with orange hair that follows me around the store telling me to buy everything, and then periodically sits up at the front complaining very loudly to the coworkers on petty theft or naming customers that they should be aware of. It’s very unprofessional. Makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point I don’t want to shop at this store anymore. She talked me about the credit card and kept mentioning how much I’ll save and that I might qualify, and said it was a soft pull, so I said ok, even though I was uncomfortable but she had mentioned it 5 times at that point. She lied straight to my face, I got a notification that I had a hard pull on my credit, not what I needed. The way she acts seems nice at first but then the loud talk about people s
