The license requirement makes absolutely no sense, especially considering they sell regular mass-market products. Sure, it was mentioned in a pinned photo, but most people won’t see that — I came based on a friend’s recommendation. Ended up wasting 30 minutes just to be turned away. If you’re going to have such a strict policy, at least make it impossible to miss — or reconsider if it even makes sense in the first place.

It was naturally assumed I don't have a operating license in Illinois . Not only was I physically looked at up and down for my appearance I was treated with disregard when I mentioned my sister would order as the professional should 8 request . Discrimination is apparent in a Illinois and the further north from cook county lines the more apparent it is . No hard feelings. People should remember life is 10 percent what happens and 80 percent how we respond .

I have been getting my products at cosmo for a while and this is the 2nd encounter i have had with opened and used products. i see people spraying and using products in store all the time. this product was scooped and used by someone, i can tell with all the hair in the cream. disgusting. the store needs testers, or better seals. i now have to deal with less product, since scraping the top layer off.

Just if I could give 0 star I would definitely do!! I just went to pick up few products like always and I know Mondays the store is open 8 to 6 I was by the door 3:35 and this lady left a paper by the door saying close until 4:45 ok I understand you want to leave early but there is still 10 minutes she did not open the door so rude.

I just visited this store this week for the first time since they re-opened. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I love how easy the store is to navigate. It is always clean and organized.
