Pulled up with a few minutes to spare before closing to buy a gift card and literally watched the girl look at me through the glass, lock the door and run to the back before they were even set to close. You just lost a $500.00 gift card sale because your staff are lazy.

Products are rarely in stock. I understand it isn't the business's fault because of the supply chain but it is still disappointing that a lot is out of stock. Staff is friendly and helpful when you need them.

Mariah is so kind and helpful! She always has a new product to suggest to me, and explains exactly how it'll help my hair/skin/lashes/etc. She is an asset to our local CosmoProf, I shop more frequently here because of her.

I give it three stars because for a beauty supply store they are never stocked. It may not be something the individual stores have control over, but it is still frustrating.

Staff on more than 1 occasion has been extremely rude! I've heard this from many people as well.
