Call ahead before you go. I have came 3/4 times in the past month and without fail, every single time there is a sign on the door saying on break be back at certain time. Kinda ridiculous since it’s all different times of the day I’ve come by. And then I have to leave because im on the way to work and come back another time. This place is far from most, so people drive out of their way to a closed store during set open hours. looking at other reviews im not the only one with this experience. Cosmo prof please do better.

Great prices and good products but the most important thing: Sarah. She is a really nice shopkeeper. Very attentive, helpful and always with a smile. Kudos for that hiring .

Guys I really used to love this store!!! BUT no more. They never have a full line of any product and they are always out of everything. Also the parts of the line are things that are the most obscure. The store also feels so dark now that the products go almost to the ceiling. CosmoProf you need to do better with this store. The sales people are good, but when you ask if they have something there just like un no.

This location is not dependable. Twice this month I have come to this store 8:45 & 9:00, and the store is not open. The first time it was a note about "gone to the bank". No info about when to expect a return. The second time there was no note. Often the products I'm looking for are not stocked on the shelf. I would never come back to this location if they didn't carry certain products that I can't get at another supplier near by. Consistency is important. I hope they can get it together.
