I really just cannot believe how awful the order pickup is. I truly do not understand why they keep one of the girls around when she has never gotten my order correct. On several occasions, she has given me somebody else’s order, and I had to point that out to her. She has not given me my order in its entirety multiple times, and she REPEATEDLY makes mistakes and I am so disappointed in her customer service skills. She is nice but she’s EXTREMELY incompetent. Plus she doesn’t seem to have much knowledge whatsoever about the products. Today without even asking for my last name or order number, she just starts to give me somebody else’s order and I have to point that out to her. Unsatisfied with customer service. Last week I had placed an order over the phone at the Fond du Lac store. One of the items I ordered was purple shampoo and paid over the phone and picked it up the next day. When I got home, I noticed it was purple conditioner. I have plenty of conditioner and do not need this product. I called the store and asked for an exchange because they gave me conditioner instead. She told me they are not accepting exchanges or returns at the moment because of COVID-19. I would normally have no problem waiting till this is over to return the item however, it is an extra $17.50 out of my pocket. Always so helpful and knowledgeable. They make returns easy and simple as well if product is defective.

This place is awesome. I do all of my salon shopping here. If they don't have it, they'll find it.
