Extremely rude employee at the Augusta, Georgia Washington rd.store. On Sunday October 5th we arrived at the store at 11:45 am when I saw someone walking out of the store (thinking it was a customer) and when I started to walk in the unlocked door I heard someone yelling from outside. I turned around and it was the person I saw walking out, she rudely yelled that the store wasn’t open yet. I advised her that I thought the store opened at 11:00am. She continued in a rude and loud tone that it opened at 12. I asked her to calm down that I didn’t realize it was closed since I saw her coming out and the door was unlocked! I love it here. I love talking to the people who work there. I drive clear across town just to get foils and gloves, but it is worth it to see my people!

Excellent customer service and I typically wait last minute for products I need. They’re always in stock. 😊

My favorite CosmoProf location! Everyone is personable and knowledgeable. I've asked a million questions, and they've answered all of them. The store is always clean and neat, and they don't mind when I bring my young sons in.

The staff here is very rude. I just left. I went to cosmetology school I have a cosmetology license and 9/10 you know you have to have one to be in or go to a cosmoprof. I came in to get several things not anything specific. The cashier asked me if I needed any help ( *note* without greeting) I told her no , because I didn't know what I exactly wanted. She rolled her eyes and huffed as I was starting to get my things she then asks me to put everything I was holding which was TWO nail polishes and a wax can on the counter so I "wouldn't have all that in my hands" I did. She then asks me "if I even have a license" I told her yes. She then felt the need to clarify if it's a cosmetology license as if my appearance or color had anything to do with it.
