I always have a great experience at Cosmo. I usually go to Lesly and she's fantastic, but everyone there is great. Love this place, can't recommend it enough.

This was clearly a faulty application or defective product. When I returned to address the issue, I was denied a complimentary redo and only offered a 30% discount on my next service, which felt dismissive and inadequate for such a clear failure. I chose Cosmo Nails expecting professional service, but this experience fell short of basic standards for gel manicure durability and customer care. I’m sharing this to help others make informed decisions. I hope the salon improves its approach to resolving valid concerns.

I have been coming here for about a year or so now, I was recommended here by my mother Esperanza Sanchez and i had such an amazing time with Lynn with my pedicure. she pays attention to detail and make sure you leave satisfied. Overall Cosmo Nails has such a respectful staff and after you are a recurring customer they say Good morning with your name. definitely come visit
