First of all they don’t have anything in the store and the things they do have are extremely overpriced!!!!!! I recommend you ride right pass this place to hello beauty in North Chicago

The lady was VERY rude and they act like you’re trying to steal when looking around and just make shopping there very uncomfortable! We paid for our things and tried to grab the bag off of the counter and the lady snatched the bag right out of our hands when it was PAID for! After that I just wanted a refund and didn’t want the things anymore if they are going to treat their customers that way! Istg they’re like them “hurry up and buy” Asian ppl u see in the movies. I would never go there again!!!!

I really wish I had more time to shop but I had some previous plans so I was in a bit of a time crunch, that being said, they had such a selection! From what I saw they had some decent prices and everything I went in for was perfectly priced. I did purchase some clip in extensions so let's see how that goes compared to price for quality. It was clean and very organized and the employee was very sweet. I will definitely make the drive and be back again for more of my beauty supplies.I can definitely say I was a satisfied customer. Review update: 9-14-21 : the quality on the extensions I bought were awesome! I will definitely be back!!!!

Iv been doing business across the street from them and doing business with them for over 6 years! Always have what i need last minute if not they can order it for you. The employees do there best to help you find what you're looking for and are knowledgeable about the products. Im lucky to have them so close! Highly recommend this supply store for always keeping the supplies i need as a barber in stock.they always take care of me!

🤠👎 ❎❎ Well, I would have to say that the lady who owns the place acts like all customers have criminal intent. She was very rude and it's not a cultural issue either. Personally I don't understand how they stay in business. It seems like they have a decent selection of product, but there is no interaction with customers unless it's forced. If you know what you're looking for and where it is in the store and you're in a pinch, then go ahead in. Personally I would rather go to Joy beauty on Lewis avenue or J Beauty on Grand avenue in Waukegan. If you spend your money, you shouldn't feel uneasy. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
