They Lock The Doors Too Early

Ok experience customer service could be a little better. No cell phones at the register while waiting on customers would be recommended. Gives u time to actually greet the customer makes them feel more appreciate as a valued customer. I did customer service for 13 years and know. Overall not a bad store products are very well packaged and store was very well kept!! Recommend this location foe your beauty needs.

I don't no why you have that ugly black lady working there she's ugly and Jealous of women's no speaking no respect just plain and ugly...she probably mad her dude left her no body looking flat ugly wig u need to get rid of her fast before she steals from u guys...nobody likes her or wants her working in there period!!!

Customer service is good...sometimes excellent. It can get busy...yet they try and you get acknowledge. Most importantly the know the products. Beauty on the outside is a process so go with your patience! Peace

Wigs our reasonable price, everyone in there had on facial masks. They even sale cute facial masks inside their store. I would like to see them sell the full lace wigs the 360° full lace wigs at a reasonable price of course in their store they didn't have any.
