the Lady that assist me with the hair was not helpful when i needed help she really only recommended on brand of hair. i called back this morning asking the return policy on hair she told me final sale even though i had just brought the hair last night and had the receipt she really didn’t know the return policy and could only say “it had been final sale since covid” covid is over and the store should have a limit of days before saying final sale

I have been getting attitude from cashiers at different locations but, never this place. Whoever trained all of you robots to say, "is that it" when a customer shops, is pure stupid. It doesn't sound nice at all. It is rude, in my opinion. I will say, if you say that to me when I give you all of my items, I will ask you, "do you see anything else or do you need glasses?" You see, I can be just as polite as you. For the dummies, that means, just as rude as you! I like this beauty supply store, they have pretty much everything except the one item that I came for which was a particular half-wig that I usually purchase every so often. Word of advice, if you find a wig, or half-wig that you like, buy a few of them because sometimes they get discontinued and the others are just not as good. But, good customer service and its pretty spacious inside, I'd recommend it.

The selection is very limited. Marley hair was out of stock 3 months ago and after a follow-up visit today, it is still out of stock. I don't know why we went back there...maybe the location is convenient. The manager was caught sweeping up salt from the shuttered store next door to put on his walkway...smh.

I went back to exchange a few packs of hair I purchased. The clerk was unwilling to do the exchange. I've decided to spend my money with businesses who offer exchanges with no issues. It's more cost effective for me.
