Extremely Unprofessional I had made an appointment for lash extensions and showed up 10 minutes early, waited for Diana 20 minutes, let alone no one talk to me about her not being there, after asking someone there she told me that Diana had an emergency while she was just speaking with her over the phone and offered to see me the next day If someone truly had an emergency, they would’ve called their client to reschedule the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional and could’ve been handled completely differently. I didn’t even get an apology and was basically offered Another appointment It’s OK to own up to your own mistakes, but please don’t advertise in groups that you have promotions and you want clients when you don’t show up for their appointment

I stopped by twice during their listed business hours — once on Sunday and again on Wednesday. The first time, the entire place was locked and no one was there. The second time, the medical office next door was open and the studio’s door was unlocked, so I walked in, but there was still no one inside. I even asked the medical office staff, and they said the studio was supposed to be open. I went back to my car and called twice, but no one answered. Very disappointing experience.

I never visited Pink Beauty Medical Center back when Hassan Dawood was managing it because his reputation alone was enough to keep me away. The place had the worst image under his name. But once I heard there was new management, I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did! The difference was insane. The new owners are incredibly professional, kind, and most importantly, qualified physicians. This isn’t just a salon anymore; it’s a true medical beauty center with educated experts who know what they’re doing. I ended up getting all my services done here and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend checking them out since this is a completely different place now in the best way possible!
