Kathy is amazing!! Best customer service I have had yet in the village of Southampton, outside of at the movie theater here. Kathy is a nail expert and she made my hands and feet like new again. It’s hard to find but worth the search. The other nail places are rude and barely speak English. Kathy is a breath of fresh air in this stuffy village.

While the setting appeared calm and professional, what unfolded left me shocked and furious. My friend and I each received a Green Tea Spa Gel Pedicure ($110 each), and I also had a gel manicure ($37). However, I was blindsided when I was charged $137 for my six-year-old daughter’s pedicure and manicure. That price is outrageous, predatory, and frankly, shameful. The owner claimed my daughter received the Rose Spa Pedicure, which on their own menu includes things like a hot stone massage — services that are clearly inappropriate and absurd for a six-year-old. I was open to trying a new nail salon close to work in Southampton due to the traffic.I had a 545 appointment, arrived 538. Left the salon at 8:20 when it closed at 7pm. I wasn’t the only client left. I wanted acrylic tips. The owner told me 60$ including powder, which I found reasonable for Southampton vs. Hampton Bays. The price pamphlet in store for pedicures showed a $30 pedicure & $10 callus remover, that’s what I asked for. I didn’t get any acrylic, just tips and powder. I questioned because I am rough on my nails. She insisted they were strong & some people didn’t like the smell of acrylic. Some of my nail length were uneven and bumpy I asked her to fix them, she tried to convince me it was my nail beds & the buffing & top coat would even out the bumps. I requested she thin t

Great nail salon! Clean, adorable boutique salon and my regular manicure lasted almost two weeks! As a woman with kids, this is unheard of… Kathy, the owner is so kind as well and gives the best massages. Highly recommend!
