I’ve ordered from this company multiple times and always receive my orders on time but I have to be honest, lately the customer service has been seriously LACKING. They don’t respond to emails when you follow up on orders and they take longer to fulfill orders. I don’t know if there’s been a change in staff but I don’t see myself staying with them much longer if this doesn’t change soon. Customer service is important!!

This company for me is truth worthy because I have questions, then they answer them, they help me out with the buying process. Also products are quality at first look and also they feel like it when you get it. the only thing you have to get in mind is that they would ship your order between 4-5 days

Cosmetix Club is my first company to work with for my new business. They have a great range of high quality products and customer care is brilliant. Even though he is busy, Ben has answered every email with step by step instructions to help me through. I will leave a second review on how the next steps on my order go. So far, so good...they are wonderful. Part II My order arrived into Amazon in great time and I am live and selling. Very happy with Ben at Cosmetix Club!!

Don't order from them. I placed an order in August 20, didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks, when I finally tried to contact them to see what was going on. Tried calling, no one picks up, I emailed them and they said it would be shipped the next day. I received an email confirmation the next day with the tracking number. Over the next few days I tried to track the shipment, however the status never changed from Ready For Shipment. I emailed them, yet again, and they said they don't have the items in stock. Such a complete waste of time, and completely unprofessional.

I believe I'm about to spend the best $850 in my life 😱😍 after so many years of being obsessed with Cosmetix club I can finally place my first order!!!! I can't wait to receive my parcel! ❤️ Cosmetix club really is going to be such a huge help in making a success of my small business! I thank God I have landed on your website in my search for suppliers when I did! 🙌👑
