They was fast loading but new driver beware Very tight

Jason, the business development executive I have been dealing with was very unhelpful. When asking him questions he clearly could not be bothered to answer or look in to. When asking for suggested alternative products which would be EU compliant he proceed to tell me he doesn’t think they are the company for me. Very poor customer service. He also took payment straight from my card without authorization to do so or me confirming the quote. I would not be happy if I were the owner of this company and my employees were turning away customers, especially during a pandemic.

Buyer beware - find another contract manufacturer. Placed an order in September 2022. Told them our lip balm tubes would not arrive for a couple months. They said I needed to pay the entire deposit ($13,500), in order to get in the production queue, and once they arrived it would be 4 weeks production time. I paid the entire deposit on 14 September 2022. Tubes arrived on 12/6/22...so I should have had the finished product by 1/10/23. It is now 2/8/23, and I still do not have the product. Despite the fact that they have had my money for 5 months. Have involved both the VP, and the President. Neither seems to care, and are washing their hands of it, and not responding to my messages.

The sales team is very responsive and supportive. The technical team is very knowledgeable. Scaling my products was streamlined perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

A high quality contract manufacturer that is truly buttoned up. Great customer service. Great quality. Incredibly insightful. If you’re a cosmetics brand, you should definitely reach out to cosmetic solutions!
