OMG! Let me start with the positive, Nice place CERTAIN WORKERS HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like charley and Amber. I did my research before i went the owner is dominican and from new york which i am too so i thought perfect maybe i will get that dominican style experience. No being racist at all if you from new york dominicans dominate New york city salons. Well i made and appointment with NOELIA and let me just start by saying i know my hair was uneven in the back ! but not in the front ! and i haven’t cut my hair in a year so i had some reconstruction to do. but i didn’t want layers that look like a mullet ! big chop on my hair ! and super uneven. I hate doing my hair at the moment this hair cut and style was suppose to be for my birthday and i was embarrassed! spend $3xx.00 next day t

I was a "walk-in" customer last December. I've always been nervous about having someone new cut and style my hair. Suleiman was assigned to do my hair and I explained to him my idea of the color and style I wanted. He made me feel at ease and assured me I would love the results. When he was finished coloring, cutting, and styling my hair, I almost cried with joy. My hair never looked better. I have been a faithful customer of Cosmera since. The hair stylists are true artists and the receptionists offer a warm welcome.

She was very professional told me step by step what she was doing and why. Very professional and kind. Cosmera hair studio is very clean organized and full of knowledge. Thank you all. I love it.

I took my 14 yr old granddaughter to get a wash, cut and blowout. I forgot the lady's name that waited on her. But she was absolutely wonderful, I have never in my life had such great treatment. She was very nice and did a wonderful job. My granddaughter still loves the great cut she received, and it has been a few weeks. I recommend you go here if you want great hospitality and professional service. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable also. VERY IMPRESSED 👍
