Cos Bar Aspen

I have never given a review before but wish I could give cos bad aspen negative stars… I went in looking for a brand that the vail location religiously carries & when I asked the worker if they carried it he demeaningly told me to get my “little agenda out of my head” and that I would never find that brand in anywhere in Aspen. I am astonished considering he was a grown man & I am a teenage girl in a makeup store politely inquiring about products… I will never be going into cos bar ever again and if you’d like a peaceful shopping experience I recommend u steer CLEAR. Customers deserve respect unless it’s extreme circumstances. People such as this man are the reason our society is in the current predicament…

I was just in the store shopping for eyeshadow and this sales associate was inexplicably rude to me and kept inviting me to leave over and over again. I am in a state of utter shock. I have no idea what his problem is, but the only explanation is mental illness. Never going took shop at any Cost Bar ever again after this experience. I'm a Rouge Status at Sephora spending hundreds of dollars a year. Cos Bar lost my business FOREVER.

I love Cos Bar! It definitely was conveniently located when I needed more foundation and an eyebrow pencil. They have great brands and friendly staff! I am now officially a fan of Tom Ford cosmetics, it's wonderful 😍

Eric was extremely helpful and truly understood my individual needs with hair and skin care. felt like shopping with an old friend! best selection and experience I’ve had at any Cos Bar location. I’ll be contacting Eric personally to reorder as I have to come in from out of town to shop.

If you're lucky enough to be in Aspen, you must visit Eric at Cos Bar! He is kind, warm and empathetic with a vast knowledge of skin care solutions. He listened patiently to my concerns and selected products that I am thrilled with. Grateful for how much he helped me and can't wait to go back!
