Don't use this company if something happens to your pool. They put in a new liner for us about 2 years ago, and our pool just collapsed due to the rust. I've talked to multiple pool companies and they have said they never should have done the liner in the first place. Jason came out to take pictures after it collapsed and said he would submit it to his insurance to hopefully get something back to help us out. I've called 3 times in 3 weeks and still no call back. Heather just says he has the message and will call, and then never does. It's seems like he knew they screwed up and now won't return any calls. Terrible customer service.

These folks have been taking care of our pool for years. When we needed some minor repairs they were fast and reasonably priced. When I take our water samples in, they test for free and provide great advice. (Not just looking to make a sale.) Great to see a local business doing well.

I had a great experience with these guys. First was the fact that they came out and saved my pool liner when it started to come out of the track. Second, a phone consult when my pool water was cloudy and yet balanced, was spot on. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a recommendation for a copper based algaecide with some instructions, and once followed, did exactly the trick and now my water is crystal clear. Would suggest calling until you get through as it is a busy season and voice mails may not get returned right away.

Jason has serviced our pool for many years. He works hard to fix any problem we have thrown his way. When Jason is not in Claudia is very helpful leading us in the right direction and making sure Jason gets the messages. We highly recommend Correal Pools.
