They messed up my hair and didn’t even fade my haircut

After 4 nightmare cuts in the last month, I went to Elena Encinias today. She listened to what I wanted. Gradually cut my hair til I liked it. I would highly recommend her. She takes pride in her work and made sure I was happy. Thank you again Elena.

Haircut was not of quality wanted. Asked for a trim and received a haircut with hair different lengths. Stylists blamed my hair for the directions it went. Had to get fixed and get 3/4 shaved off because of stylist error in cutting. Now stuck with a less embarrassing haircut that will be fixed at Straight Blade Barber. Save yourself time and somewhere else to get haircut. Not I’m having to pay for two haircuts when it should’ve been done right the first time and second time.
