I had such an amazing experience here! The braiders were so professional, welcoming, and fast. My braids came out BEAUTIFUL and neat — you can really tell they take pride in their work. The atmosphere was comfortable and they made sure I was taken care of the whole time. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I really am pleased with my hair and the customer service from Abby and Therese!!! They were great and very accommodating and got me out of the shop by 11 (I got there at 7 am) thanks to us starting on time!! I was sat in the chair at about 6:58a.m they honored my appointment time and all. I will be returning and hope to be serviced by them again or whoever. 10/10. I can take pictures at a later time. This is the r best braid experience I had since living here for 5 years and I’m not exaggerating. Extra bonus was the calming gospel music. I wasn’t overwhelmed, good ambiance.
