I recently had the privilege of attending the Migraine Prevention class at Core Stones, and I have to say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. The course was both informative and practical, offering a wealth of knowledge on managing and preventing migraines. The instructor, Shelle, was outstanding. She brought a deep understanding of the topic and presented the material in a way that was clear, engaging, and easy to follow. Shelle was not only knowledgeable but also approachable, taking the time to answer any questions and offering personalized advice where needed. What stood out to me most was the holistic approach that the class offered. I walked away with practical tools and strategies that I can incorporate into my massage practice to reduce migraine frequency and intensity.

I recently attended the CoreStone Baton continuing education class and it was fantastic. What grabbed my attention and made me want to take this course was the baton-like shape of the stone. It was easy to hold and maneuver, unlike river rock. I was also impressed by their innovative warmer, and how it does not require water which allows for a speedy hygienic cleanup between clientele. I enjoyed Shelle’s method of breaking down techniques into manageable steps. For me, beginning with observing techniques and then moving into hands-on practice suited my learning style perfectly.
