The owner is Lily and it’s a family own business. I been going with Lily for 15years. They are all very accommodating and respectful. You can see how they love what they do. Alex does excellent job on nails. Please try them .They treat you well. I can’t imagine how i can live without Lily taking care of my nails. I love them so much. ♥️🩷❤️

I got pedicure done yesterday with Lily and one of the broken nails that she glued broke within a couple of hours. I called them today and let them know about it and went in to do a quick fix. Upon arrival Lily was rude and was telling me how she doesn’t want to do it for free and that it’s not her fault that the nail broke. Mind you this happened within couple of hours because of her poor technique and laziness! She was very unprofessional with me even though I have gone to her for years. I will not be going back again and after what happened today, now I know why they don’t have customers anymore. Shame on you Lily!

If with this comment I could give a thousand stars less I would. They have a bad service apart from the fact that many no longer know the basics of how to get a manicure and a pedicure they do it wrong. Many treat you as if they paid you to go that you pay them. This time I attended one of the new ones I don't know if my natural nails were too short because she doesn't understand English but instead of asking for help to translate someone she didn't do it and she did what she wanted obviously I complained and they told me that they couldn't do anything but put me X gel and that I had to pay for it. They have always had bad customer service with the exception of Brian, he is very good at his job. I won't go back anymore and I'll put on my social networks that they don't go there because of
