Cool Nail, Wax & Lashes

Place is great as long as you don’t get the young gentleman. I’ve had my nails done by him twice so far and both times were awful. I had to stop him and ask him to remove old gel before he started applying new colors, the white was so thin he had to apply 7 layers even after I asked if he could grab a different white. Everytime I pulled my hand back to examine the work he pulled my hand back towards him. The color is spotty, see through in parts and peeling a day later. Not worth $40 for basic gel polish. My other set was lumpy, polish on my skin and not worth $60 The older gentleman and ladies are great. Make sure to request them.

Calvin did an amazing job on my pedicure! I had some tough calluses from work and he made them feel so good! My feet feel and look like they were in heaven!

Ok… First pic is what I asked for… Rest is what I got. I went in for a fill. LYNNE recommend to do new set, I agreed. She’s uses a nail to rip old set off… rips my natural nail in 3 spots, one so bad the entire me corner of my thumb was bleeding and exposed…… First red flag I let her proceed….. Acrylic was touching my skin on every nail… I ask her to fix…. More then once…. After last time I could tell she was frustrated with me so I just let it go and let her finish… She polishes then goes well… untill design I asked for….. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ And I feel end result finish and it’s lumpy and bumpy…. And still all around my nailed skin…. I just paid $70!!! and ran….! I was thinking I was gonna go home and fix but after about 5 mins staring at them in car I decide to go else where to have fixed.

I accidentally smudged my own fresh pedicure which they had done, and they fixed it for me the next day, free of charge. That is excellent customer service. They also did a beautiful job and made every effort to make sure I had the look I wanted. I appreciate thar the employees here and warm and friendly. Thankful for this salon.

I've already given this establishment a five-star review before but this is an edited new one, I'm going to post a picture of what I got at New World Nails in Spokane valley, the picture of what I wanted and then the picture of what I got from Vicky at cool nails below. She was amazing she gave me options she even tested the acrylic to make sure it was the color match I wanted so that I knew 100%, she was patient with me while figuring out the length that I was comfortable with and super sweet, the lady that did my toes also did a great job on my toes they're fully covered and with a nice square off at the tip of the nail.
