Cool Nail Salon

I was referred by my Godmother. I was able to get a same day appointment after work so I was ecstatic! They were really nice over the phone and in person. I was there right before my appointment time and was seated as soon as I walked in. The gentleman that did my nails did a pretty good job. I wish he didn't hurt himself filing my almond shape nails and with the extent of filing my fingers were a little sore after. In his vigorous filing he cut himself in multiple places and began to bleed ...which kinda freaked me out. I hope he is OK. I wish my nails were a little cleaner with acrylic clean up and polish. But my nails look very close to what I asked for.

I came to cool nails and requested Mya because she has wonderful reviews, and I am so thankful I did! She is amazing, and did a great job on my nails, and toes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they came out even better! Thank you so much!! 💜🌸 I'm so glad I finally found a great nail tech 🩷

The worse nails I ever had. Just got it done and is not happy. The shape is off not painted right. Spots are missing nail polish… I told the guy before I left the shape is off and i’m not happy. He told me its how I got it cut and next time I come back it will be better…

I came here in search of a new salon, it was very welcoming and I loved the environment. I’ve been twice, the pedicures are AMAZING! I’d come here for that alone. Second visit I came on New Year’s Eve because I was told they wouldn’t be open New Year’s Day, to get my nails redone from the 18th, they were still looking good, I needed a color change for work moreso than anything. It is now the 2nd and my gel nails are coming off as you see on my thumb. I’m trying to fully just take it off and it’s pulling on some skin under it and it’s painful. Unfortunately I’ll have to get them redone way sooner than expected.
