I love how they took a photo, gave her a certificate, and even saved her first lock of hair in a little ziploc bag, such a sweet keepsake! 🥰 It made the whole moment extra special. We had such an amazing experience at Cookie Cutters! My son is a year old and needed his first haircut, but I was worried about taking him to a normal salon. Booking an appointment online was super easy. We opted for the “Baby’s first haircut package” that came with a snip of hair and cute certificate. Upon walking in, the stylists were all very pleasant. We had the pleasure of having Rheanna as our stylist. My son smiled the entire time!! She played his favorite show and was very patient and kind to him. She listened to our goals with our son’s haircut, and it turned out better than we even wanted. We will definitely be back with our other kids soon! We definitely recommend! :)

We've taken our little guy here twice now. First time was alright, they arent very kid friendly or interactive with the children. Just sit them down, turn on a TV and hope they hold still type thing. He had a bunch of stray long hairs left behind his ears and on his neck. Second time, he is older now and wanted more of a styled cut. We shown reference photos and discussed it prior to the haircut, then proceeded to watch this lady cut off ALL of his hair. Basically left nothing left nothing to work with, no texture. She claimed its cut into the requested design so when it grows back out, it will look like the photo. We will be looking for more experienced barber from now on & the kid is only 2.
