Very disappointed with our visit. A haircut is not just about making the hair shorter. it should be even, neat, and carefully styled to look good. We expected more attention to detail and professionalism from the hairstylist. Amy did the haircut, but it felt rushed, and there was no effort to check or fix any uneven areas. The haircut was extremely uneven and poorly done. Both ear side uneven and different haircut. It looks rushed and unfinished even a child could cut it like this. A professional stylist should know how to give a clean, even haircut and pay attention to detail. We will not be coming back.

We had a great experience. Before going we called and the woman who answered the phone, I think Lanore, was very polite and helpful. When we arrived I noticed it was clean and the staff members were very friendly. Ruth cut my son’s hair and she did an excellent job. We really appreciated that she communicated well and ensured his hair was exactly how we wanted - it was perfect. Even when leaving they gave my son a ballon, a small gesture but it sets them apart from others. Again, we had a great experience and will be going back. Definitely recommend.

Amy was so good with my daughter! It was her first ever haircut so she was nervous and shy, but Amy made sure she got the cut she wanted and needed, and made her feel like a rock star. Afterwards, my daughter said she only ever wants Amy to cut her hair!

10 out of 10 experience! It was my sons first haircut and stylist Amy did such a phenomenal job. Super patient with my little one even when he started getting restless and unhappy. Also showed us a product that we bought in the salon and use at home that we love. We will be coming back to see her in the future

We had the most incredible experience at Cookie Cutters Kids Haircuts, and I cannot say enough good things about Lanore. For the first time in FOUR years, my son did not cry during a haircut. That alone feels like a miracle. Haircuts have always been such an emotional and stressful experience for us. Full of tears, anxiety, and mom guilt. I usually leave feeling drained. But this time? Completely different. Lanore was patient, gentle, and so understanding. She made my son feel comfortable, safe, and confident from the moment we sat down. Not a single tear was shed.
