Contrast: A Nordic Spa

Best experience I’ve had at a cold plunge /sauna location. Contrast has thought of every detail, from the clean, calming setup, large, comfortable sauna, red light therapy and the multiple cold-plunge temperature options so you aren’t forced to one temperature! I especially appreciated that you never feel rushed; the whole environment is intentional, relaxing, and clearly centered on customer wellness. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares this much about the experience. Highly recommended!

5 Stars – Great Spot to Recharge I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this place really impressed me. The sauna was hot and clean, with just the right level of heat to relax without feeling overwhelming. The cold plunge was a shock at first (in a good way), but after a few rounds between the two, I felt amazing—totally refreshed and clear-headed. The space has a calm, minimal vibe that helps you unwind, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. You can tell they care about keeping everything clean and well-run. I’ll definitely be coming back—it’s a great reset for both body and mind.

Loved my experience! Coldest cold plunge tank in Utah @ 35 F, but also has others at 55, 50, & 45 I believe, but check website of course. Awesome amenities & the owner was very informative/helpful. There's a salt wall in the sauna (190 - 200F) which is awesome & something I've not seen before. Also, a full room dedicated to red light therapy! It was fun getting to learn more about the technology, as well as see how the light looked! There are snacks/beverages at the chill zone in the middle area, as well as a relaxing display to let the mind roam free. I'm visiting the area, but would highly recommend Contrast: A Nordic Spa to anyone looking for the authentic experience. Also good to know it's a locally owned/operated business just starting May of 2025! Get in there!!!

So clean, so fun and so refreshing!!! Love this place and want to come everyday, I feel 100% better!

Really nice facilities and a great experience overall. I liked that they had the different temperatures for the cold plunge. Definitely recommend!
