The owner was really nice but the lady who took my gel nails off was really rough and rushed through the process. She drilled into my nails so much she made them really thin and painful. I was in a lot of pain that night and had to take Advil and my nails had deep uneven drill lines. If you are going to provide service please be a little more gentle.

Great Genuine service without shady charges or push for extras. Everyone seems genuine and transparent. Unlike the nearby salon, this place is cozy and clients and manicurists engage warmly. Found my new spot!

I came here twice and while the first experience wasn't great, it wasn't the most awful either. The place looks rundown but wanted to give it a shot. I have the same person both times who on both occasions filed the nails so aggressively that it hurt to put any pressure on the nail itself. They were bright red and so thin that the nail was bending. I explained I have multiple small cuts, barely visible but look like paper cuts, because I have a really aggressive eczema and the skin splits when it swells. She multiple times put my fingers in acetone, which I originally thought was water, and when I took my fingers out and told her it hurt, she told me to put my hand back in the acetone. I wanted to use my own set of nails because I wanted a different shape and the lady refused to use my nails like as if I was trying to get over on them or something. She didn't even do my nails the shape I wanted them. It was a reason why I wanted to use my own nails tips.
