Contour Day Spa

Been going to Contour Day Spa for over five years and have seen only minor updates over time. The massages remain relaxing, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. However, the overall experience feels less warm than it used to. The entrance is overly lit, with more lights in the lobby than in the parking lot, creating a rather cold arrival. Staff greeted us kindly but reminded us about arriving 15 minutes early in a way that felt more like a lecture than a welcome. The décor feels outdated, and the women’s locker room would benefit from a small bench or surface for bags and clothes. The men’s locker had no soap, showers need upgrades and remove carpets. With a few updates, ambient lighting and a friendlier check‑in approach, this spa could easily elevate its experience.

I had the most amazing facial and massage experience with Isabel! From the moment I walked in, her energy was calming and welcoming. She took her time to understand my skin and exactly where I hold tension, and tailored everything perfectly. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and incredibly soft. Her massage was just as incredible. Every movement felt intentional and relaxing, and I left feeling completely renewed and stress-free. Isabel truly has magic hands and a beautiful spirit. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about your experience, she is the one to book. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Unfortunately, I was not overly impressed with this place. My boy's got me a gift certificate for my birthday and I was very excited for my 90 minutes of relaxation. You cannot book the appointment online if you have a gift certificate, which itself is not a huge hassle, just a small inconvenience. I booked for a lavender salts, scrub and massage with reflexology,appointment was for 90 min. Mind you I have never had a spa massage with salt's scrub before so I was not sure what to expect. The massage itself was way too light to be relaxing.Felt like a two year old was massaging me not very fluid and way too light.She spent maybe three minutes on total arms & legs that was it. My husband and I came here after a cruise for a couples deep tissue massage. The locker rooms were spacious and clean, and while we ended up not using the sauna, it was nice that it was included in the price of the massage The massage itself waa fantastic. Chile and Maya I think her name was (sorry if I misspelled) were awesome and really dug in to get all the knots out. We left feeling like a million bucks.

Took my sister for A birthday spa treatment we had the head spa.. We felt like the women doing our head spa were Hair washers from the salon downstairs.. Super rough… One of them kept spraying lemon grass over my face, and they barely touched our arms and shoulders. It was not what we expected and it was horrible. Definitely not recommended tip is included. Definitely won’t go back there ever again overrated and absolutely horrible… I wouldn’t even give this one star.
