We love Erica! My husband has been going to her for years and now we take our son as well.

I have seen both stylist and they do a great job of cutting hair. My reason for three stars is because they state that they open at 9:30. I have been there at 9:30 waited 20 minutes and they never opened. They need to update their hours of operation accordingly.

I have been using this place for 10 plus years. They take their time with every customer, to date, I have never had a bad haircut here, and for going here as long as I have that speaks volumes about how awesome the stylists are here. You won't get a better fade anywhere in Conroe, they are the absolute best.

Idk if she is just a fill in or if she's working all the time but who I had today wasn't my normal stylist and she messed me up. I had to go back in after getting to my car and realizing I still had patches of hair sticking up everywhere. She was also very unprofessional. The owner is really good though!
