Paula is a deep-tissue healing queen. Not only is she great at massage therapy, but she's funny, kind and makes you feel comfortable. I love seeing her every month and can tell if I have to go longer between appointments. I'm glad I found her.

Paula is incredible! She provided one of the best massages I've ever had with down-to-earth friendliness, expertise, and professionalism. I've been particularly struggling with tension in my neck, jaw, and upper back. A great listener, Paula helped address everything my body had been struggling with, and she even sent me on my way with some recommendations with more self-care that I can practice at home. Uniquely, she really had me work with my body and involve my breath with my massage. The table was warm, perfectly comforting for a winter afternoon. I departed feeling relaxed, renewed, and deeply appreciative. I will be back and definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch LMT!
