Confident African Hair Braiding

I love this shop! The old one was nice and cozy but the new one at 6419 Rising Sun Ave is a whole new atmosphere. The shop looks amazing, the customer service is always sweet, and my hair always lasts for at least 2 much, which says a lot. I would recommend for anyone to go here if they want a great style at not too high a price!

thank you so much for showing me the first braid size before continuing. they do one braid and asked if it’s exactly how you want it so that you don’t get surprises at the end. i’ve personally dealt with shops whose xs felt like a medium, at this store it was TEA and jsut overall great. i don’t do braids often but when i do this is definitely my go to shop thankgyaa

I visit them frequently. They wash my hair and braid it nicely and there's walk ins accepted so it's perfect for my chaotic schedule. ❤️

I went & got crochet done. The gaps were wider than broad street in between the crochet hair in the back of my head. I wondering she had hair left. She changed $120, I gave her $160 by a mistake, She did a $60 job. I thought she did a great job till I got home to look at the back of my head. Sad! I had to fill the gaps in myself. NEVER AGAIN!!
