Simone was fantastic. Just a few minutes after checking me in they let me know she was 20 min behind and i didnt mind at all and appreciated the communication. Once it was my turn, she asked what I wanted, I showed her, and she did EXACTLY what I requested! I really appreciated her knowledge about my thick hair and her honest advice and again, open communication. Best haircut I have ever had. I only get my haircut once a year and she makes me want to come back every 8 weeks like I should because I feel GOOD 💅 Thank you ❤️ My only complaint was my complimentary white wine being room temp 😅 😉 Thank you all for your professionalism and I cant wait to come back!

Jess was very warm and welcoming, she listened to all of my concerns and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend her. The scalp massage during the treatment was phenomenal and so was the blow out. She gave me some great advice for products to manage some difficulties I was having with my hair and even showed me some styling tips and tricks. She also gave me some samples to try out at home. I left feeling like a new person and will definitely be back to see her!

I’ve been to Jess twice now, first for a haircut and this last time for a highlight and fix of my old red that was growing out and she did amazing both times! She gave me so many helpful tips my first appointment to help me with my hair care and the second honestly I think was my best color dye I’ve had in a very long time. The color came out amazing and she made it blend into my natural hair color so well! I’m obsessed, she absolutely killed it! She’s also so easy to talk to and so fun I had the best time.

Once again I’m thrilled with my haircut! The long layers are perfect for my hair — the back is naturally wavy while the front is straight, and the layers make everything fall smoothly and look beautifully balanced. Every visit feels like a treat. I always feel pampered, the conversation is wonderful, and Jocelyn consistently delivers amazing results. She’s truly fabulous.
