Be sure to verify the price before you have anything done. Went in for a single ear repiercing. The piercer was great, but I was charged double the price on their website. It took three tries to call and question it before I finally talked to a manager, Jenni, who said that's the going price and the website says prices are subject to change. Sure, but DOUBLE? Then she said something vague about updating their website and cut me off. Shame, because again, the piercer was great. Book at your own financial risk.

I feel pampered like queen every time I get my hair done at Concepts. Megan is exceptionally enjoyable.

I was overcharged for highlights and over time it burned my hair off. They don’t know how to protect your hair from breaking off. I went to another hairdresser and she is helping me grow out the damage and a lot less money.

Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work.
