CONCEPT Nails & Spa Tucson

This is my second visit to Concept Nail and Spa. The spotless spa makes a good first impression. Their contemporary machine makes a second impression. The personnel are helpful, pleasant, and amiable. I would especially like to thank Tina, my nail technician. She is incredibly nice and caring, and she constantly looks after my nails and makes sure everything is in order. If you're looking for a gorgeous nail, I heartily suggest Tina.

Get the VIP special, we went in just for a pedicure it was worth it. Brand new chairs and equipment are always a nice touch. Normally I skipped the scraping but they were so gentle I didn't even jump or realize. Fairly priced to the nearby competitors, glad my regular place was closed that day.

I have been searching for a Spa while wintering here in Tucson. I am so happy I tried this Spa. Hanna was so sweet and very meticulous with her work. I got the Concept Pedicure (#4) with a gel polish. I left feeling so relaxed and my feet and legs feel amazing! I will be back before heading back home to Canada. Thanks for a great experience Hanna!!!

Absolutely incredible experience. Very friendly, modern and updated, and the pedicure by the younger guy with glasses (didn’t catch his name) does an extreme pressure massage which I prefer. He was able to explain to me the types of polish they offer and the difference between them with patience and kindness. While my husband enjoyed his first pedicure. They were kind and patient with him as well.

Rosy was very welcoming and friendly. She got my daughter in right away. She was very gentle while filling and painting nails. She did great work And was very professional. Great atmosphere. Overall happy with service.
