Compass Business Center

Compass Business Center is a perfect option for my small business. Office Space and Garage/Warehouse are a perfect combination and garage door height makes it even better. Different sized units with options to choose from make it easy to find one that fits your needs. Campus grounds are always immaculate and snow removal is extremely quick. George and Susan are a pleasure to work with and are always on top of the property as well as any issues that may arise. Great Location as well!

My company was one of the first tenants of Compass Business Center, starting in unit 125, and later moving to the larger unit 112 as we grew in size. Over the years, both properties served us quite well. Each has clean, modern offices with stain resistant carpeting, a clear warehouse area with lots of vertical space, and amenities such as large office sanitation and recycling bins. Maintenance on the property is well kept, with issues resolved promptly. George is on hand to inspect and either address himself, or call in the right people for the job. They take care of snow quickly, and lawns are cut regularly. There is pride in a clean looking campus. Outside, there is plenty of room for trailer pickups and deliveries. Compass Business Center has been the perfect spot for our business FYSIKS, the warehouse space combined with the office is a great concept a unique to find. I love being part of this community! They keep it clean, keep the snow removed promptly and are just a great place to call home for our Company! Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Borderline discrimination is the only reasoning I could come up with. I attempted renting one of the units for my legitimate business which has business over 12 years. I was told they would require a deposit and 2 years tax information in order to rent one of the units which I was fine with. I had spoken with the sales agent and explained what my business was and went over the details about the rental with them. All of the rules that the sales agent had mentioned to me such as (how many parking spaces were included, amount of garbage, location and size of signage, etc) which I was okay with and would comply with. No other information other than the type of business that we are (residential and commercial Painting and Renovation company) was given.

It's a business centre - what can you say? It's fairly small & well laid out. But parking can be limited at times.
