COMO IMB

On Dec 10th, 2024 I made 3 different appointments with Kelli C. I had to cancel one for Feb 6th once I realized I was going out of the country. The others two appointments were for Feb 4th at 6&7pm. I received confirmation of all of this in an email on the 10th, right after I booked the appointments. I received text reminders for both of the appointments on February 3. I showed up a little early and no one was there, the building was dark and locked. I called them as well, but no one came to the phone. I have been calling once a week since then, leaving a message with my name and number every time, with no response. I sent an email on February 28th thinking that may get a response. So far no such lunch. Not sure where else to go… I have paid for Three massages and no one will get back to

Shyanne did an amazing job! She is very considerate, has soft deft hands and a lovely massage-table-side manner. I'm often nervous to ask for pressure adjustments but she is a great communicator and painlessly worked out an impressive knot on my back. I'll be asking for her by name in the future!

Shyanne was AMAZING! She did a fantastic job conducting my massage. Not only was she super professional, but she also made me feel so comfortable. She’s the best!

Myself and another individual showed up at the same time with different providers and location was closed. Got an appointment reminder the night before and a text. Location looks closed.
