Debbie is incredible. She consulted with me for probably ten minutes before beginning my cut. She understood my concerns about postpartum hair loss and took the time to listen to what I was looking for from the cut. Then she really took her time cutting my hair. When you have thin, fine hair, every strand counts. She checked and cross checked repeatedly. I could tell she really cared and wanted me to be happy with the result. I recently just had a blowout at Command Performance. While the staff was exceptionally nice, I was very disappointed with my blowout. The girl did not even wash my hair and I thought the whole point of getting a blowout is for them to blow dry your hair. I asked for big curls, and all I got was my hair straight even though I had asked for big curls and to be tied up on the side. Neither of those request were done and I was so upset with my hair that I didn’t even ask for it to be redone. I spent $48 and did not even get my hair blown out which is what I had made the appointment for. As I said, the staff was very friendly, but just not what I have gotten in the past when I had booked blowouts.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. I only wish I had found them sooner. Today was the first time I tried them, and I happened to be a walk in. I felt welcome and they treated me like a friend right away. Marty took such good care of me, he colored my hair and cut it. The color is perfect, my blue eyes pop! The style of my cut compliments my features perfectly, and is one I had when I was younger that I loved. I've been trying to describe it to other stylists for years but Marty knew exactly what I wanted right away! I couldn't be happier. I already booked my next appointment!

Absolutely the best salon in the Pittsburgh area! Highly educated, honest, professional stylists, that truly care about their customers. Extremely dedicated to their craft & loyal to the salon - you can tell they love their jobs! The atmosphere is fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more!
