I recently moved out as a tenant, and I truly miss that space. The building was always very well maintained, there was front office coverage at all times, and my neighbors were wonderful. What stood out the most was the availability and helpfulness of the building manager and front desk staff — they were always there whenever I needed support. It made living there such a positive experience. I’m grateful for my time there and highly recommend it.

This was my first time visiting this building, and the experience was very disappointing. I know a few business owners that rent offices here and was excited to check it out hearing great things about this building. I went in to meet a tenant, and because the suite number listed online was incorrect, I asked the receptionist, Rachel, for help. Instead of assisting professionally, she spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone and criticized me for not “checking in,” even though there are no signs anywhere indicating that guests must do so. Her attitude didn’t improve even after I explained it was my first time here. For a building that rents professional office spaces, the front-desk experience should reflect that. Unfortunately, it did not.

I called to ask about their available office spaces, and honestly, the receptionist must’ve been having a bad day. I greeted her politely, introduced myself, and even asked how she was doing. Her response? A flat “How can I help you?” No warmth, no professionalism, nothing. If that’s the kind of “welcome” potential tenants get, I can only imagine how they treat actual clients. First impressions matter, and this one made it very easy to take my business elsewhere.

Great space for my new office location

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here as a tenant when I was in Tri-Cities. The staff was amazing and always super helpful. The building manager made the whole process simple and easy. She definitely went above and beyond for me and my business. If you are thinking about renting office space here, do it... you won't regret it!
