Colours: Nail Spa & Waxing

Honestly, I’m so sad. My first time ever going here. My nails are embarrassingly crooked and the paint job is extremely bad. I spoke up about them being crooked but then gave up after saying it more than once. The hearts are very poorly done. The appointment felt very rushed and impersonal. I paid $90 for a full set - very very upset. The only “positive” - the staff was very nice.

I came here with my 5 1/2 year old daughter and she's into all the girly things now so I wanted her first nail experience to be special. We walked in and the girls at the front seemed really stuck up. I had less than 2 minutes to pick a color for myself and my daughter while they stood there and watched and waited for me. They ended up bringing us to a table where only I could sit and not her, but then they moved us to a secluded corner near the back. They started doing mine first while my daughter watched and the point was to get them done at the same time. They finally started hers and didn't even bother to make a small conversation with her or even ask her name. They refused to do a little flower design because her "nail were too small". They wouldn't even attempt it. My nails came out

DO NOT Go Here!! Extremely unprofessional work is performed at this nail Spa. Just recently moved to the area so was looking for a nice nail salon to remove my Acrylic nails and get a manicure. The woman began to snap the acrylic nails off carelessly breaking two of my real nails. I asked her to use acetone to remove the acrylic to make it less traumatic to the nails and I was told No! we don't remove them like this and she began to try and snap more off. I had to leave mid session, as my fingers were left bleeding and in pain. As I did so she began to speak to me with attitude stating "then why you want them to be removed" like it was my fault that she had no idea what she was doing . I then spoke with the manager and asked that her girls be properly trained in working with nails.

I’ve been coming here for many years. I usually request David, he is my favorite! He is always professional and friendly. Sometimes I need to be flexible and see other technicians, depending on timing of David’s availability and mine, but I have never been disappointed with anyone else. I love the ease of on line scheduling, it works with my busy life.

Lovely experience. Very clean interior, friendly nail artists. Was able to book my appointment online. They took mom and I as soon as we arrived, listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. Love my new years nails! Update 5/4 - love going to Anna. She does such a great job with whatever half-baked nail art request I have. Update 5/25. Anna really does an awesome job. Can't recommend her enough
