Not a great experience from the moment I walk in, I booked my appointment for 6:15 ( they close at 7:00 ) so as soon as I walk in I get two women working on me which I don’t really mind but the problem comes when I asked for an acrylic full set and the lady doing my nails did not do acrylic, I don’t say anything and let it go by because I’m trying to be nice but when she glues my nails she glues them crooked and some of them look lifted, I immediately told her she put them on a little bit crooked, the lady has the nerve to say that is MY FINGER that is crooked which I always get my nails done and never look like that, I get that they were rushing because they almost close but I definitely had the worst experience, but I’ll cut it off here just not to make the story long. I came in today for a Gel-X manicure after specifically looking for a salon that offers online booking and accepts card payments. The service itself was great — Rose was very kind and did a beautiful job on my nails. However, my experience at checkout was really upsetting. When it was time to pay, I tried using both my credit and debit cards and was told they only accept cash. What confused me was that they had a credit card terminal and their information states they accept contactless payments and credit cards. When I politely asked why, the person at the front became annoyed and said the owner only wants cash. I even offered to cover the processing fee, but the attitude made the situation uncomfortable. I don’t mind a cash-only policy, but it needs to be clearly communicated upfront —

Amazing customer service! All the staff is friendly, accommodating, and strive for excellence with all the art work requested! All the ladies there give amazing pedicures and are very careful when cutting cuticles and nails! My favorite tech is Diana who is always on point with her designs!

My second bad experience at this place. In less than a week my nails are coming off and the finish looks horrible. When I called to make my appointment, he said that I was very picky about my nails and needed a very good professional. I have just left the salon after talking to Boss and she tells me that my nail is perfect without any flaws or disjoints. For the second time, she leaves disappointed and the Boss never solves anything. I definitely do not recommend this salon to anyone, if you want quality service and good service, look elsewhere because here you will only find people who work for money and not for the love of their profession.
